Refund Policy

14-day money-back on your first payment.

If Renbi isn't what you hoped for in the first two weeks after your first paid month begins, email support@renbi.appand we'll refund your money in full, no questions. The 14-day window applies to your very first subscription payment only.

No refunds on renewals.

Once your subscription renews into a new month, that month is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future billing — you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Exceptions.

We may grant out-of-policy refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or major service outages. Email support@renbi.app with the details and we will respond within 5 business days.

How refunds are processed.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days of approval.

Chargebacks.

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please email us at support@renbi.app. We can almost always resolve the issue faster directly.
